✂️ Remove Partially Configured GraphCDN Loose Ends

Description

• Months back, we worked with the nice folks over at GraphCDN offering to test their service out but communication seemed to break down after the initial setup failed and we then set up our staging environment for them and just never heard back after that.
• We still have some loose ends that were set up but never tied off and so we still have some DNS configuration and other things that were created for them, along with an account and we still get emails from them about errors and so on.
• I'd like to clean this up and just remove everything, given the way things played out and that we're getting no use of the service.
