Do I retain my copyrights after I sell my video as an NFT?

As is, yes, and I think that is the best way to do it, at least for simplicity. If we wanted to, we could add like a standard contract which you basicaly sign off when issuing, such that you acknowledge that the owner is also the copyright holder. This would in practice create two classes of NFTs: with and without copyright claim. These NFTs could be displayed slightly differently to make sure people understood this.

I think this is interesting, but not worth trying now, perhaps make an issue on this?

Do I acquire copyrights when I buy NFT?

Isn't this same question as above?

Can I have unlisted video as NFT?

Yes, at the lowest level, all the NFT functionality still works for unlisted videos. Now in the future we will update the distributors to actually not even allow access to unlisted videos, so that control is not only restricted at the UI level, however, the NFT would still operate perfectly fine as before even in this case.

How to prevent creator from using the same content again as an NFT?

You don't. This would cut gainst the creator though, this is like a painter who choses to go back and print new editions of an old painting. They can always do that, but it's not wise.
