Background

Proposal

It seems that project_token pallet is already setup for this, so all we need to do is expose this feature in content pallet issue_revenue_split extrinsic. Should have no impact on weights, unit tests only need minor tweaks, same with Orion mapping.

Not sure its worth doing in Nara though
