Screenreader jump to wrong element after startscreen #5

Describe the bug
After the startscreen the screenreader (tested with VoiceOver on a mac) jumps to the parties and not to the theses.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open parteiduell.de
Delete completed-startscreen cookie if set
Start screenreader
Navigate to "Starten" button
Click it
Now it jumps to the parties

Expected behavior

It should jump to the theses.

Desktop:

OS: macOS
Browser safari
