Load map trails middleware

Create a new middleware for map trails loading from the cache if they exists otherwise fetch them from the controller (can copy loadTrails middleware code) and adjust it so as to make it compatible with returned type of fetch with HTTP GET method. [See the actual implementation of the concerned script in trails.ejs]
