Idea: Consider using StructArrays #119

Instead of

Dict{Symbol,Tuple}

to hold the data, what if we do this:

Dict{Symbol,Int} # A map from currency symbol to an array index
StructArray{NameTuple}

This would allow us to easily and quicky grab all values for a particular field into an array.
