Broadcasted multiplication with a rational number and a CUDA array doesn't work if its wrapped in a function. I've tested this on the latest release and the master branch.

The Minimal Working Example (MWE) for this bug:

julia> using CUDA

julia> f(x) = 2//3 * x
f (generic function with 1 method)

julia> x = cu(randn(Float32, 3))
3-element CuArray{Float32, 1, CUDA.Mem.DeviceBuffer}:
 -1.3022956
  1.2664111
 -2.5245302

julia> 2//3 .* x  # OK
3-element CuArray{Float32, 1, CUDA.Mem.DeviceBuffer}:
 -0.8681971
  0.84427404
 -1.6830201

julia> f.(x)  # This doesn't work
ERROR: InvalidIRError: compiling MethodInstance for (::GPUArrays.var"#broadcast_kernel#28")(::CUDA.CuKernelContext, ::CuDeviceVector{Float32, 1}, ::Base.Broadcast.Broadcasted{CUDA.CuArrayStyle{1}, Tuple{Base.OneTo{Int64}}, typeof(f), Tuple{Base.Broadcast.Extruded{CuDeviceVector{Float32, 1}, Tuple{Bool}, Tuple{Int64}}}}, ::Int64) resulted in invalid LLVM IR

That should just be a matter of adding a quirk to quirks.jl for __throw_rational_argerror_typemin.

where is it defined sir.......?
