Easter Egg Messages #5
Comments
Spends hours trying to find an obscure yet findable in-game way to implement this |
I was thinking something like Kerbin's desert temple, with this being an inscription on the wall. There are multiple structures spread throughout TI, and you get 1 piece from each. Stock system sci reports give you hints as to the order. |
I like that idea. Let's run it by Nick to see what he thinks. |
So I figured we should have a separate message for each system, and the clues in the kerbol system allow for multiple paths, like a choose your adventure book. I have some ideas for other system messages.

New Story:
I forgot the rest of what I was going to say for the moment |
Easter Egg somewhere, should contain this text:
Thats greek for:
Look again at that dot. That's here. That's home. That's us. On it everyone you love, everyone you know, everyone you ever heard of, every human being who ever was, lived out their lives. The aggregate of our joy and suffering, thousands of confident religions, ideologies, and economic doctrines, every hunter and forager, every hero and coward, every creator and destroyer of civilization, every king and peasant, every young couple in love, every mother and father, hopeful child, inventor and explorer, every teacher of morals, every corrupt politician, every "superstar," every "supreme leader," every saint and sinner in the history of our species lived there--on a mote of dust suspended in a sunbeam.
It would be nice to have that next to a picture of kerbin or something. Just an idea.
