Containerd conf is located at /etc/eks/containerd/containerd-config.toml #4

The installer needs to make sure that containerd is used as runtime and not dockerd.

I just noticed this was closed by #42 (0.3.0 release prep), but the README still lists EKS as unsupported (excluding Ubuntu-based nodes). Is this closed because EKS cannot be supported? Or just that there's no interest in doing so right now?

It is closed because EKS with Amazon Linux 2 works, but I didn't update the README.md 🫣

Was tested here #43 (comment)
