Please support using proxy.

I found you using a requwest class to make a call to fast.com. If you can let me know how to make a proxy call when using this class which supports proxy, if will work and I can compile the source code to add proxy support. Long term it can add a command line to use proxy where needed.

Thanks. I know very basic rust, so how to call fast.com using proxy url in scraper.rs is what I need help with. Whatever I added does not work. Hopefully you can figure out the syntax. If this means hardcoding proxy url, i am fine as well.
