Allow opening ACE Arsenal display directly

We use a lot of default ACE Arsenal loadouts. The standard "-- ARSENAL --" user action makes it a bit difficult to use these (must click "EDIT", then find the default loadouts).

Describe the solution you'd like:

A mission configuration option that allows setting the "-- ARSENAL --" user action to just open the ACE Arsenal interface directly, instead of showing the Liberation custom loadouts menu.

Additional context:

I'm currently doing this by just editing the fn_addActionsPlayer.sqf file to change the action taken on selecting the "-- ARSENAL --" action, but it would be nice for it to be a configurable setting.
