Does anyone encounter this problem?

PyKinectV2 Line 22
comtypes.hresult.E_PENDING = 0x8000000A
name 'comtypes' is not defined

My environment is Anaconda 64bit
python 3.6
VS2017

It would be great if someone could answer, thank you
