There should be a better guided transition between CI/CD and Python packaging.

Writing a pre-commit hook for detecting keys, ... https://github.com/pre-commit/pre-commit-hooks/tree/main#detect-private-key
Put linting to pre-commit, and avoid repetition.
Make recommendations explicit.
