To get listed on the http://civicissues.herokuapp.com/ and http://codeforamerica.org/api/ to reach global hackers we should label the Issued with (CSS, Javascript, etc.) like mentioned in codeforamerica/cfapi#113

@guerda I don't know if there is any "howto" for labeling so far... I think that "beginner friendly", "javascript", "ruby", etc. are good labels to search for.

I found this Issue through the Civic Tech Issue Finder! I moved the link of that tool to http://www.codeforamerica.org/geeks/civicissues/embed

GitHub now sets up new repos with the help wanted label. I've been filtering on that one a lot, especially on the main Code for America site.

Adding programming languages as labels will definitely help.
