Entities exposed to Home Assistant have entity categories, of which some are primary (no category), or secondary (diagnostic & config). Diagnostic entities are read-only, while config entities provide an input/configuration.

This PR corrects the exposure of sensor entities as configuration entities to Home Assistant. Those are read-only and have no input, so they cannot be config entities.

This PR prevents warnings raised in Home Assistant 2023.11, which introduces checks for these misconfiguration.

Additionally, corrects/sets a few cases.

This change is not breaking and backward compatible.
