Adds s8 pubkeys collected via https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1qcRn6YF_UdjeSJxSz80nS1cqpqS-5x0NnGKo9VJPPq8/edit?usp=sharing
Implements dual Gleec chains on main server
Removes non-responsive 3p coins.
updates version and changelog.
updates iguana ports.

LGTM. However, operators should still pay attention to the custom scripts for splitting, etc., which are not part of this repository but rely on assetchains.json. This is especially important due to the "dual GLEEC" configuration.
