in multiplatform documentation, allow selecting tabbed page via URL fragment

It would be nice to link to the documentation for specific platforms inside a dokka multiplatform documentation.
Let's assume a multiplatform documentation with platform specific module descriptions. The main page will contain tabs to switch between the different platforms. I would like to be able to create links to a specific platform descriptions.

Describe the solution you'd like
I think it would be reasonable to use URL fragments for that. No fragment could mean "common" documentation.

Example:

• https://my.org/path/to/my/module/index.html -> "common"
• https://my.org/path/to/my/module/index.html#common -> "common"
• https://my.org/path/to/my/module/index.html#android -> "android"
• https://my.org/path/to/my/module/index.html#ios -> "ios"
• ...

I have no idea what alternative there could be.
