[Feature Request] Code outline

Outline view in Eclipse shows most mportant structural aspects of program, such as function declarations.

At first the outline could be tied to openings of code brackets { }. Although it would need some way to specify how deep nested brackets user wants to see in the outline so that only the most important information is put into outline.
