I sometimes will view asktips when I select some words on a page while sometimes it will not appear. Also, there is a option to disable a website. May I ask where are these data stored because I want to config it.

@wznmickey actually I just removed this feature because on Greasy Fork, the owner forced me to use // @match *://*/* and no longer show up on various /for-site pages like duckduckgo.com and openai.com which severely limited my exposure (I complained in here greasyfork-org/greasyfork#1281, he advises I list individual matches to secure incentive for more exposure, then I added a ton and he forced me to reverse it wasting all my time)

But ccan I ask, do you want this feature?

Also if it were disabled by default, would you find it intuitive to be able to enable it on your own by clicking userscript manager icon, or clicking a '...' corner button > Settings > 'Enable Asktips' ?

Look at how this user who previously gave me Green rating, got mad and gave new Yellow rating, still didn't change even when I fixed it to disable properly: https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/459849-duckduckgpt/discussions/248555

That was also a major influence I removed the feature, but if you express that you enjoy the feature, then I will re-add it but it will be auto-disabled by default so this user doesn't get mad again

I am using Firefox and it already provides the function to search the text I select by clicking the right button so I may not have strong desire on it.
I am not sure whether other browser provide such feature.

But you said you wanted to know how to config it, was this before or after you already knew about FF function to search?

After I know it. Since it will save one right click, it would benefit me saving one clicking.

@wznmickey how about I re-add it, but it is disabled by default, but when you nav to non-DDG page, userscript manager icon can be clicked, shows under DuckDuckGPT 'Highlight-to-ask ON/OFF', then if you activate this, prompt asks you 'For this site' or 'For all sites'.

Then, if for all sites was ever chosen, on DDG it is still 'Highlight-to-ask ON/OFF', but on other sites, below this master toggle is 'Disable for domain.com'. So that is the way to customize which sites (by visiting them)
