Unified QRs for Bitcoin (BIP21 + BOLT 11/12)

Thanks for the suggestion.
Reading BIP21 QR Codes with a lightning invoice is already supported for quite a while now.
I think it might be to early though to only create unified QRs as still some wallets do not support it and it would force all those wallets to send on chain or being incompatible completely.

I'll keep an eye on the progress though.
