作者你好，我看了您的论文和代码，对你们提出的共现矩阵得到关系之间的依赖关系很感兴趣
在阅读时，我有一个疑问：代码对re-weighting scheme R_i_j 是如何使用的呢？

我研究了代码，发现构建图时，并没有用到re-weighting scheme R_i_j 中的权值，而是直接用re-weighting relation correlation matrix R_i_j >0的那些边进行构图，不适用权值的话我们为什么要计算re-weighted relation correlation matrix呢？

而我理解的 R_i_j >0实质上就是：二值化条件概率矩阵 B >0的边 + 每个节点的自链接，但之后代码中还在dgl又加入了dgl.add_self_loop(_adj) 每个节点的自环，但自环不是在之前已经加入了吗，为什么还要重复加入呢？

是不是我对论文或者代码的哪里理解有问题，期望作者能够在百忙之中回答我的疑问
