Minecraft, Win 10, keyboard issue, seems to be a problem with LWJGL #148

So if I am seeing something online about legacy Minecraft, there was a problem with 2.4.2 of LWJGL, and the version 1.7.10 of Minecraft uses is 2.9.1. Now I can run Minecraft 1.12 no problem, but as soon as I try 1.7.10 with any keyboard, no sticky keys, and no lag, I have to spam my ANY bound key used in the game to get it to activate most of the time. Some times I can move or jump without pressing several times, but once I am moving in any direction or jumping, I am perpetually doing so. Then I have to spam the key used to stop. I even have to press 'esc' multiple times sometimes to get the menu.

Here is the legacy fix tutorial. http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Tutorials/Update_LWJGL_(Legacy)

Unfortunately, even if I install OLD Alpha and BETA versions of the game, I do not have options to finish anything in the tutorial.
