Cyrrilics in ToC

Hello. Thanks for great plugin. I'm starting to use it and faced a problem with ToC mode.

Is it possible to have cyrrillic text displayed as text, not as coded one?

@loyd I've tried to extend the plugin with converter to normal cyrillics, but it turned out labels are already messed. They should better be read from the file itself, not from TOC file, and that's how it's done in another latex plugin (http://vim-latex.sourceforge.net/ if I'm not mistaken), but I wasn't able to adapt their code.
If somebody could do that, it should be great.
