<h2>"Data Scientists vs Data Analysts: What am I?"</h1>

<p>
According to the Analysis of a Data Scientist/Data Analyst Profession Survey conducted by the European Commission [1], data analysts and data scientists both work with data, but they do so in different ways. Data analysts typically work with structured data to solve tangible business problems, while data scientists use more advanced techniques such as machine learning to classify data and make predictions about the future [2]. Data scientists use analytical tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights from data [3]. They typically need a bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field, and the median annual wage for data scientists was $100,910 in May 2021.
</p>
The short answer is, as a seasoned Data Scientist with expertise in Data Analysis, I am well-equipped to take on both Data Analyst and Data Scientist roles.

<li>Data Scientists get paid higher salaries.</li>

<li>This case was true for US</li>
<li>For UK and Canada highest paying job title was Data Engineer</li>
</ul>
<li>There is an inequality in income based gender.</li>
<ul>
<li>While overall number of females in the indusctry is smaller than males, median salaries were close.</li>
<li>The highest pay for female was $185k but for males was $225k which shows there is some inequality to address here.</li>

<li>SQL is the mostly used language for data analysis.</li>
<ul>
<li>Most survay takers did not consider SQL a programming langusge therefore Python was the most popular language amongst data professionals .</li>
