Executable Names? xi_*, *_64 etc.

We're not topaz anymore, and we're trying to de-brand the entire repo as much as possible. So, we should rename the executables.

Proposal:

Current Name	New Name	Notes
topaz_search	xi_search	There are plans to roll this into another server executable, but for now, just a simple rename
topaz_connect	xi_lobby / xi_login	I think a rename is needed here
topaz_game	xi_zone	I don't think "game" is a clear representation of what this does mechanically

In the future, xi_world may absorb xi_search, but that's a problem for the future.

In addition to this (for the Windows build), should we get rid of the *_x64.exe variants and just have them overwrite whatever already exists? Talk between executables isn't affected by 32/64 bit mismatch, so there isn't much point is generating different exes

And eventually, plain icons with no LSB branding, just the letters of what server function is: S, L, Z, W, etc.

for topaz_game, we could go with xi_map, so configs align. Could also go with xi_zone and rename the config.

+1 for xi_*. I think zone is much more accurate than map, but that's a different can of worms.
