impossible to do the area from Northern San d'Oria to Chateau d'Oraguile

Hi everyone, I just encountered a problem, everything was a bit stuck due to time problems, I was trying to go around the various areas and as I tried to enter Chateau d'Oraguille it was impossible for me because the character runs up at the castle door, what can you check to make sure that maybe it's my fault for disabling something?
