Augments in Augments.sql with no mods

why do some augments in augments.sql not have any mod values assigned to them (and they also don't have a comment about the augment currently being unused)?

As an example:

INSERT INTO `augments` VALUES (333,0,0,0,0,0); -- Conserve TP+1

Since we know from modifiers.h that Conserve TP is Mod 944

CONSERVE_TP = 944, // Conserve TP trait, random chance between 10 and 200 TP

shouldn't that ModID be populated or are those values for that augment pulled from elsewhere, removing the need for the ModID and value to be populated for that augment?

Because the augment table rows existed before the mod did, and nobody made a pr that updates the augment table after they were made.

At the time I made that table working with demolish, I pre-populated everything that was known even if the mods didn't yet exist thinking future editors would fill it in. Silly past me.
