Cannot start Layman, max attempts reached when waiting for GeoServer #1025

Reason 1: A lot of data in GeoServer (600+ layers, 1900+ stores, 1700+workspaces, 800+users). Therefore geoserver startup is slow, about 3 to 4 minutes. And waiting is limited only to about 2 minutes. Solution 1:

Problem 2 It's possible that even after changes mentioned above Layman still does not start because of max attempts reached when waiting for GeoServer. There is following log in GeoServer:

Reason 2: A lot of data in GeoServer (600+ layers, 1900+ stores, 1700+workspaces, 800+users). Therefore geoserver response to wait_for_deps.py script is slower than 0.1s (0.1s is timeout in the script). Solution 2:
