Only pure timeregex can be specified currently. Add support of date/time format definition in the form that GeoServer uses, see https://docs.geoserver.org/stable/en/user/community/cog/mosaic.html?highlight=app%20schema#timeregex-properties

Eg. regex=[0-9]{4}.[0-9]{2}.[0-9]{2},format=yyyy.MM.dd
