ImageJ UI Examples calling functions in DistanceMapLib ImageJ plugins for computing 2D and 3D Euclidean and geodesic transforms that support physical dimensions. The plugins also include a geometry-based simulation of mercury injection capillary pressure (MICP) in a random porous network with both resolved and unresolved porosity.
