Allow CC immune spells to be cast during CC, e.g. Tryndamere R

I believe SpellScriptMetadata should have a property (possibly a boolean) that specifies if the spell can be cast during spell blocking CC's.
It should be used for example in Gangplank's W or Tryndamere's R

Just found out that ISpellData contains CanCastWhileDisabled, I'll try to implement this change
