Hello i had the same issue what you need to do is delete the frap file so basically go to C:/Fraps just delete the Frap file entirely and it should work (its just some lol skin files wich are completly usless)
(the lol skin files are clashing with the cs lol tool wich is causing the error i didn't even know it was here tbh :3)
