I found your following paper 'An End-to-end Hierarchical Reinforcement Learning Framework for Large-scale Dynamic Flexible Job-shop Scheduling Problem' very insightful, and am working in this area. I wonder if you have the code/seed values used for the simulator so I may compare with the values achieved in Tables II and III.
