Unique persistent user id

Here is an article user id

Using iCloud worked but after update to Visual Studio for Mac it stopped working https://stackoverflow.com/questions/72635855/visual-studio-for-mac-version-17-3-preview-debugger-problem-on-physical-device
So had to remove the Entitlements.plist file

According to above article I can take unique id for vendor and store it to keychain, that way if app is installed to other device it can use look for the key there first
