Leumas Tech Personal Use License

Version 1.0, August 13, 2023

  1. Definitions

"Software" refers to the content found within the repository hosted at https://github.com/Leumas-Tech/Leumas-Desktop-Receivers. "Personal Use" means use of the Software solely for personal or educational purposes, without any intent to generate revenue or commercial gain. 2. Grant of License Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, Leumas Tech hereby grants you a free, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Software for Personal Use.

  1. Restrictions a) Commercial Use: You may not use the Software for commercial purposes, including but not limited to, incorporation into products or services intended for sale or profit.

b) Transferability: You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Software or any rights thereto.

c) Modification: You may not modify or create derivative works based on the Software for commercial purposes.

d) Proprietary Rights: You may not remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright notices) on any portion of the Software.

  1. Termination Leumas Tech reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies in your possession.

  2. Liability for Commercial Use Any unauthorized commercial use of the Software will be subject to legal action by Leumas Tech. You agree to compensate Leumas Tech for all profits made as a result of unauthorized commercial use.

  3. Disclaimer The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Leumas Tech disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

  4. Governing Law This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this License shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Illinois, USA.
