How could the content be improved?

The phone number exercise assumes that what you know about phone numbers is that it is "three digits, a dash, and four digits." This is not true in all parts of the world. Consider adapting this exercise to be more globally inclusive.

Relatedly, the intro section suggests a possible use of regexes is to remove parentheses around a phone number's area code. This also may not be meaningful to a global audience.
