Return the IPFS Image folder via events to the UI #22

Currently, the UI uses a polling mechanism to return created images more quickly than waiting for an FVM to trigger.

In future it would be advantageous to use the IPFS image returns rather than a centralised cloud service (pending event return speed on FVM)
