Why?

because there is no license mentioned anywhere and without a license there is no permission to use this.

I didn't make an official release yet. I will put this on PYPI when I will consider it stable (implementation need some improve and more testing). But if you say to me that this could be useful for something else, this could motivate me to work more intensively on it. Do you need it now for a specific reason?
