Expected behavior

Once a wallet connection is done, and the connected dApp disconnects from Lisk Wallet, the app should automatically remove the dApp connection from the external connections list.

Actual behavior

When the dApp disconnects from Lisk, the connection stills appearing on the wallet app.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Establish a new WalletConnect connection from a dApp.
  2. Disconnect from the dApp (not from Lisk Wallet).
  3. You will see that the connection stills appearing on Lisk Wallet, when was already closed by the dApp.

Which version(s) does this affect? (Environment, OS, etc...)

3.0.0.
