What's the problem?
The error toast was displayed despite being within vote limit
#911

What did you do?

  • Moved existing working logic from votingBar into util to reuse in both places

How can I test it?

  • Having already voted for 100 delegates, remove one existing vote and add 2 more (so your total votes are 101/101)
  • There should be no error Toast anynmore
  • Adding one more vote should show error toast
