Adds a new, optional view, which is very simple and quick to load. It is designed to be used as a browser start page.

startingView | enum | Optional | Which page to load by default, and on the base page or domain root. You can still switch to different views from within the UI. Can be either default, minimal or workspace. Defaults to default
