The GRPC Autoconfiguration which creates an in-process server depends on the "inProcessServeName" property, but it currently only accepts the exact version of its name.
All relaxed versions of the property should be acceptable, including "in-process-server-name," "inProcessServerName," "in_process_server_name," and "IN_PROCESS_SERVER_NAME."
