I'd like a Twitter chatbot. The goal would be to post pictures or memes once a day, and an advertisement for a Project Quarm related site once a day. I'd like it to take news from the discord bot, the one that posts patches and announcements, and crosspost that to Twitter. The goal would be for the bot to advertise for Project Quarm and its related websites, and give players another way to get news about Quarm projects.

I'd like a News portion of Quarm.Guide as well, and this bridges the two topics.
