Could we write actual links in the folder overviews?

I've only started using the plug in and I love it, but it lacks a feature I've been looking for a while and that is to automatically link the folder notes to the folder index so that folder notes appear in the obsidian graph view.

This would entail displaying the notes as [[note name]] instead of just [note name] as they seem to be now.

I just saw that the links are actually of the type [[]]. I guess the folder note doesn't show up in the graphic because it's not visible for that plug in. Could we make it visible? Maybe just make the note visible in the obsidian viewer?

Just saw that the "Hide folder note" allows you to show it to obsidian viewer, but the graph is still incomplete. I see now that [[]] links between ```code lines are not shown, so all the indexed links are invisible to obsidian.

Back to the beginning, links with this plug-in are not written as [[name]] but as [name] (url). Could we have an option to do it the other way?
