Clarify "about" and description

The GitHub about reads:

Minecraft mod written in Java

and the subtitle is:

Minecraft mod written in Java using the Minecraft Forge API.

Neither of these give me much information about what the mod does, just that it is a mod. The curseforge is more clear:

This mod adds a large variety of unrelated items, tools, machines, enchantments, and a few potions.

My personal suggestion for GH is something short that still communicates it is a Forge MC mod, but with a little more hint about what it does:
