Is this project dead?

I noticed there are a bunch of PRs to be reviewed and the last commit it 1 year ago. Is this project unmaintained? If so, I think it'd be cool to give maintenance permissions to someone else who is willing to maintain the project (+ability to update domain name, perhaps using IPFS-based hosting?).

I'd be willing to be a temporary maintainer if need be, have a few recipes I want to add :)
