See title. This is very noticeable in the 4th cutscene of chapter 4. Camera movements have pronounced stutter, and there's a weird visual bug when Ryoma walks over to his seat. It gets worse if you're playing above 60fps. At 60, it's less obvious, but still has issues. Is this fixable, or a hardcoded limitation that probably led to the cap being put there in the first place?
