Detailed description of the problem

I am trying to upgrade from v040400 to v05051, but /migrate fails with

HttpException
The attribute [may_administrate] either does not exist or was not retrieved for model [App\Models\User].

Steps to reproduce the issue

• Install v040400
• Copy v05051 in place
• Login an navigate to /migrate

Diagnostics [REQUIRED]

Fails with the same error, when not logged in it give

HttpException
SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'may_administrate' in 'where clause' (Connection: mysql, SQL: select count(*) as aggregate from `users` where `may_administrate` = 1)

Browser & System [REQUIRED]

Chrome on Windows

Got it worked around by installing 4.12 inbetween.
