Compression failed, the size and format of the picture did not change according to the setting

Software version
The version of Caesium Image Compressor 2.7.1 portable

Operating System information

• OS: Windows
• Version 10

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a picture in jpg format.
2. In the compression options, select the mode for picture quality, and check "Lossless Compression" and "Preserve metadata".
3. The picture size is set to width, and the width is 800px. Check "maintain aspect ratio".
4. The output basically remains at the default setting, except that the format is changed to webp and the suffix is set to "- fixed"

Expected behavior
The width changes to 800px, the height changes according to the scale of the original image, and the picture format changes from jpg to webp.
