Mouse behaviour improvement

Left-click on an agent and select the agent to show the arrow, path, and task (it was right-click)
Right-click on a location to pop up the box(window) with event details, uc4 b

• if a box(window) is already opened, the content of the box changes (do not open a new box)
• if the location has no events, just show an empty box
• the box has a title on what we are looking at, e.g. with location x,y coordinate
• also highlight the location that was clicked on the map

General cancel with left-click an empty location:

• cancel the selected agent (it was right-click).
• when a pop-up box(window) opens, also close the window.

New thoughts:
We leave the pop window open until user click x to close it.
